Invision Capital Partners continues looks for investment opportunities where we partner with our Investors to remodel and resale properties for significant gains.
These properties undergo a strict underwriting formula that takes into consideration the location, construction times and costs as well as market fluctuation within that geographic location. We obtain these properties well below market value as these are properties that typically other are unable to or unwilling to stabilize due to size and scope of the projects.
We partner with either affiliates or third party vendors to keep costs at a minimum in order to maximize returns, and manage the projects from start to finish.
